About Rebuild

Rebuild was born from experience—real, raw, and hard-earned.
I’ve always lived an active life. Training, triathlons, marathons—fitness wasn’t just something I did, it was who I was. Then everything changed.
At 9 weeks pregnant, I was rushed into emergency surgery with a bowel obstruction. I woke up with an ileostomy. No warning. No preparation. Just a completely different body and a mind trying to catch up with it.
What followed wasn’t easy. A reversal that failed. A year with an open wound. Fistulas. Sepsis—more than once. Physically broken at times. Mentally tested in ways I never expected.
But here’s the thing—I refused to stay there.
Over the last two years, I’ve fought my way back. Step by step. Rep by rep. Rebuilding strength, confidence, and identity.
And in that process, one thing became painfully clear: there was nothing out there that truly supported people like me. Especially in the gym. Underwear that actually held your stoma bag securely. That moved with you. That didn’t make you second-guess every lift, every run, every moment.
So I built it
"Train hard. Move freely. Feel secure.
This is support you can trust."
